They track Swisscanto’s proprietary ESG indices for global, European, US and Swiss equities. Swisscanto’s sustainable equity strategies have been recognised with multiple awards.
The underlying indices are customised benchmarks which differ from standard benchmarks in terms of composition, weightings and exclusion criteria. ULTUMUS handles data on thousands of standardised and customised indices, which require regular updates and adjustments for corporate actions. In addition, ULTUMUS is one of the largest PCF calculation agents globally and has an extensive distribution network alongside a feed of global data on ETFs and Indices, and a full suite of fund structural and reference data providers across all asset classes, including active and passive ETFs.
The growing majority of PCF clients also use the COSMOS platform, which saw order volume surge tenfold in 2024 versus 2023. COSMOS is an award-winning create/redeem platform used to manage the full lifecycle of ETF related operations, from approving new creation and redemption orders through to settlements. API connectivity allows Authorized Participants (APs) to seamlessly connect to place orders and receive updates. More APs making markets in these ETFs in Switzerland will now join the growing COSMOS ecosystem.
The new ETFs are to be listed on Switzerland’s SIX exchange, which acquired ULTUMUS in 2021. This expands ULTUMUS’ presence in Switzerland, which has been an innovative market for ETFs including crypto products.
