Storage
A NoSQL Database is flexible, scalable and easy to update. It houses complete ETF and Index data stored and published, allows for defined fields and easy expansion. Data is stored as part of the ULTUMUS ETF Edge API.It is housed in AWS Cloud infrastructure, which is flexible and scalable.
Delivery
ULTUMUS provide the standard PCF structure to include the most complete and clear representation of Creation, Redemption, Tracking (Pricing) and Holding Basket so that all information is made explicit to the marketplace. Raw files and a complete timestamped audit file are made available to assist with simplifying queries and questions.
Events Based Processing allows for immediate monitoring and delivery of data.
Customised Feeds deliver data to map into clients’ own system(s).
The output includes the required market identifiers, corporate action and dividend information.
Distribution
Clients retain control of who sees the PCFs via the API, to allow for issues such as access rights associated with index or other data licensing. Sell side liquidity providers also get the PCFs in a synchronised way.
The timeline of the process
The process starts with PCF file price validation before markets open, and continues with real time monitoring throughout the trading day, and near real time updates, to accuracy of within 0.001 basis points of NAV.
Clients are alerted to daily PCF processing updates via email, real time GUI, and scheduled MIS. PCF users also have the tools to recalculate NAVs whenever they choose to, to double check the outputs. The daily calculation process is a transparent, clearly structured and controlled process.
Support
Raw Files are delivered to clients allow for quick and easy resolution of support queries. Support is managed 24/7 via phone, email as well as instant messaging using symphony messaging, which is widely used in finance.
Support from around the globe, in US, Europe and Asia, 24/5, is provided by experience ETF data experts (and chatbots).
All of the above is documented in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
